Description:

Law (Senior Status) is a two-year LLB programme for advanced students (those with a degree in another discipline). It is primarily designed for graduates who wish to obtain a qualifying law degree but will also be of interest to those non-law graduates who have an interest in reading law as a second academic degree.

The Senior Status programme attracts students from all around the world, so there is the opportunity to get to know people from many different countries. The Senior Status Society, run by students on the programme, is more social than the other careers focused societies and exists to support and welcome students who have already had the ‘first time at university’ experience. There is a great sense of comradery amongst the Senior Status students and the society has co-ordinated a range of events, such as networking event at the Canadian Embassy.
