Our Sport and Exercise Science BSc at Middlesex combines academic excellence with hands-on experience, setting you up for a rewarding career in sports, fitness, and health. With access to world-class facilities and real-world practice, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge needed to support athletes perform at their peak while reducing injury risks. During your degree you will develop your understanding of the role of the registered veterinary nurse, through a range of theoretical and practical modules, as well as work based practical experience. During each year of the course, you will build on what you have already learned, to become a competent and confident registered veterinary nurse. You will undertake modules that focus on body systems, professional development, practical veterinary nursing, and other areas of veterinary nursing such as emergency and critical care. You will also gain the VetSkill Companion Animal Suitably Qualified Persons qualification (C-SQP). |

Undergraduate applicants from Canada will need to have completed one of the following: - International Baccalaureate Diploma -High School Diploma or Secondary School Diploma or a Diplôme d'Etudes Collègiales (DEC) with at least 5 grade 12 courses with 60% or higher depending on the subject you are applying for
- High School Diploma and scores of 3+ on at least two Advanced Placement exams -Satisfactorily completion of one year of college/university level study with minimum GPA of 3.0
- Professional Diploma from a technical school (2 years post-secondary in a specialised field of study)
Students who have completed the two-year Associate degree may be eligible for advanced standing onto the second year of an undergraduate degree course. |
