Description:

Computational mathematics is about solving real world problems with numbers. It’s about learning to think critically and developing analytical skills that will prepare you for countless opportunities. Computational mathematics is the language of the future. You’ll gain the skills you need to navigate the numbers and prepare for the evolution of many industries.

Prerequisites:

Grade for Entrance Previous Year (%)*70 to 100
These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.

  •   Social Science  or   International Languages 
Applicants are required to have successful completion of Grade 12 university preparation program (academic or advanced), and a minimum overall average of 70 per cent compiled from Grade 12 courses in: English, Mathematics, Laboratory Science, Social Science or modern or classical language, and an elective.

Students can apply for admission directly from high school. Or, if you have attended another post-secondary institution, you can apply for advanced standing. We recommend that you meet with an academic advisor to discuss transfer credits and course selection.
