Description:This one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate program is geared towards Ontario graduates of culinary management or hospitality management (hotel and restaurant) programs. Students are provided the academic training required to work in the growing healthcare food services sector including hospitals, long-term care facilities and retirement homes.

The Food and Nutrition Management program is accredited by the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM). Graduates are eligible for CSNM membership which is an employment requirement for nutrition managers in many healthcare sectors and mandatory in long-term care facilities in Ontario.
