| This 39 week program will consist of both theory and practical training. Students will learn all modules from our very qualified instructors. Each instructor will have to satisfy the requirements in section 24 of Private Career Colleges Regulation Act and the requirements of the Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia. A Variety of instructional methods are used including: lectures, frequent reviews, testing, industry representatives as guest speakers, videos, overheads and practical demonstrations. |

Application, resume, and transcript of Grade 12 marks (or GED) must be received prior to the interview. Individuals interested in applying under the Mature Student policy must be a minimum of 21 years of age, be out of school for a minimum of 1 year and must provide high school transcripts demonstrating that a minimum of Grade 10 was completed. An interview and aptitude test must be completed before any acceptance into the program can be considered. |
