The need is always growing for qualified educators in licensed childcare centres, care homes, and special education facilities. Sprott-Shaw has responded by providing a quality ECE Program that will supply you with the necessary training to succeed in this field. Upon completion of this certified and approved ECE Certificate Program, you will need to submit a photocopy of a valid First Aid certificate, official transcript, and a letter attesting to the completion of 500 hours of work experience to the Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Registry in order to gain their license as an Early Childhood Educator.

Required: Grade 12/GED or mature student status. Successful completion of admissions interview and assessments are required, and applicants must have excellent communication skills. Applicants must sign a criminal/medical waiver, obtain a satisfactory certificate of health from a physician, submit a criminal record search, and provide evidence of TB testing prior to acceptance. Preference will be given to those who provide letters of reference detailing volunteer or professional experience working with children. |
