In this global economy, the study of economics is much more than supply and demand. The program provides a strong foundation of understanding domestic and global conditions, government and business roles in economies, and how these affect individuals and a society. A bachelor’s degree in economics is highly desirable as a basis for further study in law, business and public administration, political science, education, and several other disciplines.
