The Community Services Worker Diploma program at the National Academy of Health and Business prepares students for careers in community centers, social services centers, women’s rehabilitation facilities, emergency shelters and much more.

Students in the Community Services Worker Diploma program will combine theoretical classroom learning with practical hands-on training, ensuring that they are both well versed in all aspects of community social work and equipped with the confidence needed to provide the community with the very best services.

Prerequisites:

These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.
    Diploma programs will require an Ontario Secondary School graduation diploma or equivalent. If 18 years of age or older, you may qualify as a mature student. Mature students must obtain a passing grade on a literacy and general aptitude assessment. The National Academy of Health & Business also accepts students based on previous education, work experience and evaluation tests. All applicants will be assessed individually.
