Piano majors at McGill are trained in all aspects of a professional career, with a focus on the solo repertoire requirements for undergraduate exams.
Students will have many performance opportunities in this program, within and outside of the school: weekly Piano Tuesday recitals in the small hall, regular student soloist concerts in the larger halls, studio classes, public studio recitals, two annual concerto competitions, and visiting master classes. |

A DEC in Music or equivalent. If you have a DEC in a field other than music, you must have the equivalent music prerequisites. No additional prerequisite courses are required. Audition and academic record determine admissibility. (Music does not use the Cote R). |
