Description:

This program will provide you a solid grounding in electronics, mechanical technology and workplace safety. Through classroom, simulation and work place training, you'll become an expert at operating, maintaining and repairing ROV systems. Students completing the four-year Underwater Vehicles program will earn both a Diploma of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology Degree. There is also exit at 2 years with a Technician Diploma in Remotely Operated Vehicles or 3 years with a Diploma of Technology.

  •  Grade12 Biology  or  Grade12 Earth and Space Science  or  Grade12 Chemistry  or  Grade12 Physics 
Diploma Applicants must have successfully completed high school with an overall average of 60 per cent in Mathematics, English and Laboratory Science at the Grade 12 level with a minimum of 60 per cent in Academic Math.
Furthermore, students must meet our Application and Admission Regulations either upon high school graduation (following a period of employment subsequent to graduation), or by transfer from another post-secondary institution.
Additional Admission Requirements:
    Proof of physical fitness through the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) Offshore Medical.
