Description:

The Master of Service Management (Professional) degree provides you with the technology, process and business innovation skills needed to manage services in process-oriented organizations. The degree focuses on the design, development, delivery and monitoring of inter-organizational work flow (services) and is particularly suitable for people who need to enhance their process, management and IT knowledge in a business setting. You will complete a program of core subjects followed by a 20-week Work Integrated Learning subject.
