The School of Engineering on the UBC's Okanagan campus is recruiting Ph.D. students to study in their world-class research programs in Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering. Research areas in civil engineering include: construction management; environmental engineering; geotechnical engineering; structural engineering; sustainable infrastructure systems engineering; and water resources engineering. Research areas in electrical engineering include: integrated circuits and systems; wireless technology; integrated micro and nanosystems; and power and energy. Research areas in mechanical engineering include: mechanics, materials, and manufacturing; thermofluids and energy conversion; and mechatronics, robotics, and control.
