Students engage with materials ranging from wood and metal to textiles and digital media, fostering a comprehensive artistic practice. What You’ll LearnThis interdisciplinary program emphasizes foundational techniques alongside innovative approaches. Students have opportunities to explore woodwork, metal fabrication, mold-making, casting, and textiles, as well as digital fabrication and emerging technologies. The curriculum encourages experimentation with various media, including video, sound, interactivity and performance, allowing students to push the boundaries of traditional sculpture. Critical discussions and theoretical readings complement studio work, enabling students to contextualize their practice within contemporary art discourse. |
