Graduates will have developed a wide range of generic skills such as team working, IT, numeracy and analytical skills and more subject specific expertise such as cartography, spatial analysis and fieldwork. Our graduates have been employed as teachers at primary and secondary level; as researchers and lecturers at third level; as researchers with government agencies and departments; as consultants with private financial firms; as aid workers in developing countries; as GIS specialists; and as planners and local government officials.
