Description:

The future is uncertain and can involve financial risk. Actuaries study, quantify, and manage this risk. You'll study mathematics, statistics, economics and finance to become well prepared for the professional exams. After graduation you'll find employment in areas such as life insurance, financial markets or currency exchange.

The Actuarial Science program in the Faculty of Science includes a range of business, economics, mathematics and statistics courses.
