Description:

The Faculty of Law welcomes applications for admission to its doctoral program from eligible applicants who wish to undertake advanced research in Law, regardless of citizenship or country of residence. Our PhD is an advanced research degree that leads ultimately to the preparation of a thesis under the supervision of a member of the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.

    Have a master of laws degree (LLM) awarded by an accredited Canadian university, obtained with a minimum average of 75% (B+), calculated as per the standards established for graduate studies or an equivalent degree in law from a foreign university meeting the same standards, as well as demonstrated legal research and writing abilities;
