Description:

This course is designed for professionals working in the mental health field, i.e., therapists, nurses, counsellors, social workers, or psychologists. The online course covers the main theoretical concepts and interventions of cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT) including therapeutic approaches, intervention techniques, and the use of CBT as an evidence-based treatment approach for individuals (children, youth, and adults) with various mental health disorders.
