The Department of Health Research Methods, Evidence & Impact sponsors a five-year post-graduate residency training program to train physicians in Public Health and Preventive Medicine. This academic and community-based program is built on the principles of population health, all levels of disease prevention, health promotion and protection. It prepares physicians to function flexibly and effectively in leadership roles in a wide variety of community health and academic/research settings.
