Description: | The program requires the completion of five French courses: French 1910/1900E, French 2101/2900 and French 2103/3900. French 2102a/b, Oral French, is required and is normally taken concurrently with French 2101/2900. French 2104a/b, Oral French, is also required and can be taken any time after completion of French 2101a/b. Students with exceptional oral skills may be required to substitute another French course for French 2102a/b.
Any student who has graduated with a 3 or 4 year undergraduate degree may apply for admission, subject to prerequisites and general university admission requirement. A student may not pursue both the Diplôme de français pratique and a French module. All the French courses of the Diploma program may be credited toward other undergraduate programs. |
