The AU Online MBA for executives program integrates theory and practice by focusing on real business problems, building on the knowledge and expertise of both teachers and learners. The curriculum concentrates on the management areas critical to organizational performance, and requires you to connect the program to your experience in your own organization or an organization with which you are familiar.

You can apply to the AU Online MBA for executives through one of three pathways: you have an undergraduate degree from an accredited university plus at least three years of managerial experience (managerial experience must demonstrate progressive responsibility and should include managing people, projects, or budgets, or any combination of these) OR you hold an accepted professional designation (see list) and at least five years of managerial experience, OR you have at least eight years of progressively responsible managerial experience.
