You will be interested in the Health Sciences major program if you want to understand issues affecting health and disease, environmental issues that affect communities and global health, or multi-level health policy making. Health Sciences is a major program. Topics studied in the course of your degree program are Chronic and Infectious Disease, Environmental and Occupational Health, Global Health, Health Care Systems, Mental Health and Addictions, Population and Public Health, Social and Health Policy Sciences, and Social Inequities and Health.
