Description:

The program is taught by industry experts with extensive experience in international trade. It includes extensive use of case studies, simulations, project-based learning, with focus on developing project management, teamwork, report writing and communication and presentation skills. Students will take part in guaranteed field placement with Key2Careers College's international trade company - First Choice Canada (www.firstchoicecanada.ca). They may actually export and/or import goods for sale as part of your internship.

Many of our graduates are working around the world with global logistics companies, freight forwarders, importing/exporting firms, customs brokers, or for consulting and trading companies. Job titles include customs clearance agent, designated ship broker, freight forwarder, logistics coordinator and international marketing agent, among others.

Prerequisites:

    Applicants must be 18 and older with a High School Diploma or must have passed Grade 12 or equivalent. In special cases, students younger than 18 are accepted if they have a High School Diploma or a GED certificate or Grade 12 equivalent.
