Description:Completion of this program will provide an understanding of what is required to launch and maintain a sustainable venture. Participants will develop the tools needed to produce a business plan, communicate with financial advisors, interpret financial statements, prepare a marketing and sales structure and present a product or service to potential investors. Some courses in the program will utilize guest speakers from varied entrepreneurial backgrounds to provide a practical context.
