Description:

This hands-on program provides the knowledge and skills needed to design and build a data warehouse using North America leading-edge products. The program consists of nine courses;You will gain practical hands-on experience working with Oracle,SQL Server,Erwin, Cognos Impromptu, Transformer and PowerPlay, Crystal Report and Crystal Enterprise and Informatica.

Real-world experiences and co-op practice are mixed with innovative teaching methods to ensure that you graduate with a comprehensive knowledge of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence. At the end of the program, you will be able to work as a Data Architect, Data Warehouse Analyst, Data Warehouse Specialist, and Business Intelligence Specialist.

Prerequisites:

These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.
    Applicants require a university degree or college diploma in a computer-related field. Basic knowledge of one Relational Database (such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase etc.) is helpful. A working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL at the beginning level is assumed. Additional personal interviews may be required.
