This hands-on program provides the knowledge and skills to lead you to be a business/system analyst or/and IT project manager. The program covers IT project management, software development mythology and software quality assurance process such as PMP,ITIL, Analysis & Design Using UML, Software Quality Assurance.

Applicants require a university degree or college diploma in a computer-related field. Basic knowledge of one Relational Database (such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase etc.) is helpful and a working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL at the beginning level is presumed.
