We've created this two-week program to answer the calls for an opportunity for young hotshots to call the shots on their own production. While working in teams of four, each member will write, direct, then edit their own piece, also crewing for the other team members on their projects. With four days of shooting, expect lots of production experience. As in real life, the challenges of managing and being part of a crew will hone your talents, preparing you for directing and being directed.
Writing, shooting and editing your own piece will emphasize the pitfalls and advantages of creative control before you start your own independent production - and without maxing your parents' line of credit. Working with other experienced video enthusiasts will help you realize your vision with maximum professionalism.
