The program includes the TOWES (Test of Workplace Essential Skills) to assess the student's essential skills level and a variety of learning opportunities designed to increase the essential skill level of people currently employed in various organizations. |

The student must be employed by the sponsoring business and have a minimum working literacy level of Grade 5. |
