| Our Placement Services include two options: Pre-Employment and Volunteer placements. In each, the tasks of the vocational goal and restrictions are matched to on-the-job tasks in suitable positions, and monthly on-site visits are completed to address any concerns that may come up. Intensive Job Coaching is available at an additional cost. Pre-Employment Placement positions are sought in employment vacancies and the host employer is made aware of the participant's intention to secure paid employment after a successful probationary placement period. In a Volunteer Placement, the position may not be within an employment vacancy, and the host employer is made aware that the goal is for the participant to gain concrete experience in the tasks associated with the vocational goal. |
