Description:

The Pre-10 Program is specifically designed for mature students who have not been enrolled in school for a significant amount of time. This program is designed as a preparation phase to support and empower learners to create a path and seek higher learning, training and employment. Learners will improve and develop skills in the required areas of oral, written and interpersonal communications, reading comprehension, numeracy and computers. We acknowledge the life experiences and knowledge the adult learners bring with them; it is our goal to support a higher level of learning and understanding. Learning outcomes are designed to facilitate academic achievement, personal development, employment readiness, and incorporate components that reflect cultural and traditional teachings. The Pre-10 is a full-time program delivered in a traditional classroom setting.
