Managing a community-based agency requires a unique skill set, including the ability to maintain an organization’s bottom line while providing quality service. Let us prepare you to meet the challenges that face human service agencies today. Build on your previous post-secondary education and work experience in the human service field, and prepare to confidently manage human, financial and physical resources and improve organizational efficiency. You can complete your degree part-time while continuing to work in the human services field.

    A two-year diploma that includes a three-credit post-secondary English course.

    OR

    A minimum of 60 credits from a recognized post-secondary institution with an Admission Grade Point Average (AGPA) of 2.0 or better on a 4.0 scale that includes a three-credit post-secondary English course.
