This diploma is designed to provide the students with knowledge and the usage of computerized medical record system, billing and coding system, and computerized office administrative tools used in medical offices and clinics. Students will learn about anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and medical transcripts. Students will also learn to do OHIP billing and learn various software programs, including Microsoft Office.

Graduates may find job opportunities as medical office receptionist, medical office administrator, medical receptionist, medical secretary, medical records clerk, and hospital ward/unit clerk.
