The professional and well-recognized Ottawa Academy Cosmetician diploma program understands the art and science of cosmetics and has the knowledge, skills, attitude, professionalism, and work ethic required for success. Major topics covered include skin cleansing and care, client consultation and skin analysis, understanding products and their basic chemistry, retailing, make-up application, eyelash and eyebrow tinting, eyebrow shaping, manicuring, and pedicure.

Esthetics is synonymous with beauty and wellness. With the added knowledge of electrolysis, students will find an abundance of open doors in spas and clinics. The advanced/European treatments taught allow the students to become ambassadors in their field.
