Description:

Law and Security graduates work in a variety of positions in the fields of law enforcement and security services. Extensive training in everything from police procedures to crisis prevention will give graduates of this program the knowledge and capability to properly handle offenders.

Students will learn the communications skills and experience the practical aspects necessary to work in this exciting and demanding field. The multiple aspects of the program will also provide them with additional training that will be essential to them regardless of which area of this exciting field they choose. This training will include Standard First Aid, Radio Operations, Fire Safety, Fire Prevention and Drug Awareness.

    Students applying for admission into programs at Corona College must have a Provincial High School Graduation Diploma with an overall 60% average. Persons 19 years of age and older may be accepted under our Mature Student Policy, where an assessment would be completed.
