The Electrolysis program is designed to provide the esthetician with enhanced hair removal skills through the use of electrolysis. It will provide the student with a complete and comprehensive understanding of the biological causes of unwanted hair growth. The student will be able to make a practical analysis of the type of hair and skin which will help to identify various disorders that may cause hair growth and determine the treatment strategy to offer the client. The student will cover all aspects of recent changes and advances in training and technology. They will have the opportunity to understand and perform electrolysis, thermolysis, and the blend methods of permanently removing hair from both women and men. The student will be trained in all aspects of starting and operating an electrolysis clinic.
