This diploma is a 23-week program delivered in-class. The College has included an additional 11 weeks to allow for illness, vacations and other course interruptions. The program is therefore required to be completed within 34 weeks. Diploma admissions are on a rolling basis.
The Help Desk Technician diploma is designed for students wishing to embark on a career in the Information Technology industry. This program will provide students with the skills necessary to service computer systems and to support users of these systems.
