Description:

The Level One program provides students with a student manual and is taught through a full multimedia presentation. Successful graduates will receive a wallet card and wall certificate.

The sponsoring corporation will receive a written report on each participant's readiness to tow trailers and further recommendations if the participant was unsuccessful. The Level One program is an introductory trailer-towing program designed to teach essential towing skills and behaviors.
