Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, including the following required courses: English–Grade 12 (C), (U) or (O), or equivalent. Recommended courses: Hospitality and/or Tourism–any Grade 11 or Grade 12 course, and Information Technology Applications in Business–Grade 11 (O).
