- Grade12 Mathematics
- Grade11 Biology
- Grade12 Chemistry
Applicants must have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, or have mature student status. A minimum grade of 70% is required for the Grade 12 (C) or (U) Mathematics prerequisite. Grade 11 chemistry is also acceptable. Applicants must get a criminal record check and must complete a mandatory standardized Health Occupations Aptitude Examination (HOAE) as part of the selection process.
"All applicants whose first language is not English must meet Sheridan’s English proficiency requirements. Sheridan field placement agencies may require a police record check for criminal offences, a vulnerable sector check and/or a current acceptable record of immunization. Students will be required to provide this documentation directly to their field placement prior to the start of the placement and at their own expense. Students who cannot meet these requirements may have limited field placement opportunities.
Prior to your placements, you must (at your own expense) obtain a valid CPR + AED certificate (Level C) with standard First Aid, complete a criminal record/vulnerable sectors check, take a N95 Mask Fit Test, and present an up-to-date immunization record approved by the Sheridan College Health Centre. |

| Application Notes : | Pharmacy Technician program (PPHTO) English proficiency requirements are: IELTS Academic Module: Reading: 7.0; Listening: 7; Speaking: 7; Writing: 6.5. No other English proficiency tests are accepted. We do not accept completion of ESL/EAP for admission to the Pharmacy Technician program. Applicants/students that have completed an ESL/EAP must still submit valid IELTS Academic scores that meet the requirements above. |
