Description:

This is a cohort-based program offered only at the University of St. Michael’s College through its Faculty of Theology. The next cohort is scheduled to begin in 2009.

This program aims to enable Catholic principals, vice-principals, chaplaincy team members, department heads and others aspiring to positions of leadership in Catholic education, health or social service institutions.

Prerequisites:

    A bachelor's degree, or its equivalent, with at least a B- standing (GPA 2.7), from an accredited institution.
    Official transcripts of all previous studies sent directly to the Faculty by the granting institutions.
    Two letters of recommendation.
    A "Letter of Intent" from the applicant.
    Payment of a non-refundable application fee.
