| Red River College's Language Training Centre offers several full-time English for specific purposes programs from basic to advanced levels. They are designed to meet the language needs of students who have specific goals for studying, working, and living in Canada. This program develops language skills for further training and employment opportunities in the computer, engineering, and trades fields. This advanced level program assists you in reading and understanding technical materials, writing reports, and developing language specific to the trades and technologies. Your oral skills are developed through classroom instruction, presentations, and discussions. Informational interviews, research assignments, and guest speakers will assist you to gain information about your specific field of interest. |
