    In order to be eligible to enroll in the CTESL, candidates must either have completed an undergraduate degree or be currently enrolled in a BEd program. Candidates whose first language is not English must also demonstrate a high level of English language proficiency as evidenced by: A score of 600 or better on the TOEFL And a score of 55 or better on the TSE (Test of Spoken English) And a score of 5.5 or better on the TWE (Test of Written English) Equivalent tests may be considered.
