Description:Construction Managers take the lead on major builds. They make tough decisions and see a construction deal through from the blueprint design and contracts phase to a top quality finished structure on time and on budget. You'll learn construction principles and practices, the basics of building engineering technology, and equipment and management-related skills. Many courses in your first year are common with other technology programs and provide flexibility for credit transfer. Our on-the-job practicum readies you to lead construction teams in multiple settings on projects large and small. Builds happen every day and confident construction managers are in high demand.
