    Applicants must hold a four-year undergraduate degree or its equivalent from a recognized university or college, with a minimum average of B- in the last two years of study. Three years of relevant work experience is also required. Alternatively, eligible applicants should hold a general, three-year degree and/or diploma and/or an acceptable professional designation, with at least five years' industry-related experience.
