|Application Notes : ||The program requires that all prospective students attend a mandatory orientation session, which reviews admissions requirements, program design, courses related to job performance, common requirements for fire department selection, and job performance requirements. At the mandatory orientation session, students will be required to participate in a series of tests designed to measure/illustrate their academic, mental and physical ability. Testing is not used for screening purposes for the school year, but will demonstrate to students the strict requirements and expectations of a firefighter's duties.
