While successfully handling specific business functions, they strengthen their skills, broaden their knowledge and prove their competence. They then move into positions in middle management, in marketing, management services or accounting areas where they must work with, motivate and supervise fellow employees while making and implementing decisions affecting both profitability and corporate success.
