This Medical Office Assistant Diploma Course Program is designed to prepare graduates of Access Business College with medical terminology and competent skills to effectively manage a wide range of responsibilities related to medical office administration procedures including CPR and First Aid Certification, Clinical Skills and Procedures, Interpersonal Skills, Communication, Problem Solving and Client Services. Students will become confident to manage a variety of medical communications such as patient data collection, transcription, word processing, written and verbal correspondence and appointment scheduling.
