Description:

The Master of Psychology program is designed for individuals seeking state registration as a clinical psychologist and registered psychologists seeking to upgrade their existing qualifications. The program provides in-depth training in the diagnosis, assessment and treatment of psychological disorders across a wide range of client populations – with an emphasis on the scientist-practitioner approach.

Prerequisites:

    Completion of an Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) accredited 4-year sequence of study in psychology (e.g. Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) Honours; Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology or equivalent). Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale, and are assessed on academic performance, referee reports and personal suitability via interview.
