Description:If your goal is to earn a full diploma and to go on to degree-level studies, Humber’s General Arts and Science – University Transfer diploma program is a great choice for you. Once you have successfully completed our two-semester University Transfer certificate program or the College Transfer certificate program (with the bridging courses), you may continue to semesters three and four to take advanced-level courses and maximize your transferrable credits.

Based on your grades, there are over 30 different degree programs offered at Humber and University of Guelph-Humber where you can continue your studies with direct transfer credits. With the General Arts and Science diploma, you will be eligible for studies in the liberal arts, humanities or the social sciences at University of Toronto (both Mississauga and St. George campuses) and at York University with direct transfer credits equivalent to over a full year of university study (grade dependent). If you want to experience degree-level courses to prepare yourself for university, to gain admission to the best institutions and to get transfer credit too, then the General Arts and Science – University Transfer diploma program is for you.

Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent including these required courses:

Grade 12 English (ENG4C or ENG4U or equivalent)

  • Test of English as a Foreign Language (Paper Based) [min. 550] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Internet Based) [min. 80] or International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) [min. 6] or Michigan English Language Assessment Battery [min. 76]
