Cook Apprentice - Advanced

|Description:||In co-operation with local food service operators, the College offers the in-school sessions for cook apprentice training at the Basic - Level I and the Advanced - Level II.
Each of these levels operates at 12 hours per week (as a day release program) for a duration of 30 weeks each. This allows the student to continue to work while completing the mandatory hours of in-school training, as well as continuing to work towards attaining their Journeyman’s status.

- Grade12 English
- Grade12 Mathematics
Grade 12 or equivalent is needed. Applicants must be presently employed in the industry as an apprentice, and must be registered with the local Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities.
