The BEd is a postgraduate bachelor’s degree program that requires an undergraduate degree. - Preference is given to applicants who have completed, or are completing, a four-year undergraduate degree with a minimum of 20 full credits. Applicants holding a three-year degree will be considered for admission.
- Admission is based on your academic achievement and on the information you’ll submit in the experience profile part of the application.
- You must have a minimum academic average of B- in your most recently completed 10 full credits (20 half credits) of undergraduate university courses.
- If you're applying to the French as a Second Language (FSL) focus in Primary/Junior program, or the French teachable in the Junior/Intermediate program, you'll also be required to complete a French proficiency assessment. The assessment is typically conducted in January.
